A proposed £3.5m scheme to refurbish an existing block of flats and the development of a new hotel for Shepperton Properties, Middlesex. Working closely with a project architect to analyse the existing structure and design various redevelopment options. Creating existing and proposed plans and elevations and indicative street scenes of the hotel and apartment proposals.
