Severn Vale School

Phase 1: The master planning of the site and creation of a new Learning Resource Centre. Phase 2: The design and build of a new technology block for Severn Vale School and EG Carter. Liaising with colleagues in producing and delivering updated drawing issues and schedules to the client and contractor. Creating internal room elevations showing the mechanical and electrical services, window and door locations, acoustic and fire prevention systems etc. Amending the General Arrangement drawings such as plans, elevations, sections in addition to creating specific technical detail drawings for use on site. Attending client and site meetings and creating the subsequent architect's instructions. Creating the buildings fire safety plans post construction indicating the required equipment.
